A friend of the fam is battling ovarian cancer for, I believe, the 3rd time. She has been a long-time supporter of performing arts in Saint Joe so her daughter, a year older than mine, and I are collaborating on a party/celebration for her. Plans are still being sketched out but we expect at least a few musical performers as well as some poets reading on our back deck with chairs and blankets in the back yard. So, please sign up if you can/want to participate. The event will be 4 to 7. We are working on getting a small PA. Should be interesting.
